Product Description

The Shapton Glass Stone is a must-have for professionals and home cooks serious about knife care. This synthetic stone offers uniform abrasion, requires no soaking, and sharpens faster while wearing down slower than other synthetic stones. Its durable glass backing ensures lasting performance, even when the abrasive surface thins.

Unlike traditional whetstones, Shapton Glass Stones produce no odor, making them ideal for quick touch-ups during service. The HR (High Resistance) series works well with both stain-resistant and carbon steel knives.
