This dressing is made using carrots which are harvested on 'Noto-jima' island in Ishikawa prefecture. Tomato & onion are added with a little bit of our Naogen soy sauce to enhance the flavors in the dressing. You can enjoy a slight sweetness and moderate sourness with this dressing. This light and refreshing vinaigrette salad dressing goes well with mixed greens, tofu, and carpaccio dishes. It can be mixed with any oil or mayonnaise to create an original dressing/sauce.
